Leave Your Legacy
Planned gifts can provide an excellent way for you to create a lasting legacy of support at the Penn Museum in your area of passionate interest. The Penn Museum, working in partnership with the University of Pennsylvania’s Office of Gift Planning, can tailor bequests and structure gifts of stock, real estate, life insurance, or retirement plans to maximize tax savings for you while providing meaningful support for the Museum.
If you would like to explore making a planned gift to support the Penn Museum, or have already included in the Museum in your estate plan but haven't yet notified us, contact us at 215.573.5251—we look forward to hearing from you.
Volunteer Your Time
Penn Museum is fortunate to have more than 200 active volunteers engaged in a myriad of activities from docent tours and conservation work to database entry, assistance at special events, and fundraising. Some activities require training; most require little more than a passion for our mission to transform understanding of the human experience and an ability to make a commitment of regular time.
For information on open volunteer positions, please visit our Volunteer page.
If there are no open positions in your area of interest and you would like to discuss other ways to engage at the Penn Museum, please contact Emily Herchenroether at 215.898.3099 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
